You may heard enough clichés about how to prevent pimples just like I did in my long time battle against acne problems. After taking the right prevention measure, finally no longer do I need to worry about those small trouble makers.

Acne has been a miserable topic since I am high school student. I have taken the issue seriously, I even take notes on different ways to treat them properly. Now, I would like to share the most valuable advice in my fight against the acne.

The most important thing you need to memorize in heart is two words: DRINK WATER. Everything I am going to share is nothing more important than this.

Drink water instead of other soft drinks. Yes, soft drinks do contain water, but the carbonation of the water will actually dehydrate your body, not to mention other ingredient like SUGAR! (I know this is hard , but please try to refrain yourself.)

You should also remember you need to Moisturize your face. Always hydrate your skin with water before you moisturize it. Many topical acne products contain ingredients that dry the skin, so always use a moisturizer that minimizes dryness and skin peeling.

When it comes to prevention, another thing you should take notice is your diet. Please avoid greasy food and junk food and add more fresh fruits and vegetables and whole grains to your diet. Quite a few studies have showed that eating foods high in vitamin A and beta-carotene may boost your immunity and skin health. Carrots, sweet potatoes, cantaloupe, apricots, kale, and spinach are among the list of high in beta-carotene plants.

Last but not the least, if you felt you have learned only one thing from the article, please do take the most important advice: Drink Water. That’s the silver bullet advice after I read numerous articles and tried numerous ways to prevent pimples.

There is nothing more depressed than you wake up in the morning and found the person in the mirror with a zit face, sad, isn’t it. This is a typical start of a ruined day, all day long no matter what you do, you will feel the itch on the face. The only thing you want is to clear up, but there is the possibility you may make a scene on your face if you did it in the wrong way. Even it seemed you succeed in the first, the next morning you found the pimples got their way back.

You are so eager to get rid of it that you forget to clean your hands before popping a zit. Your hands may get more dirt and grease in your pores which could lead to even more zits. All you need is a little patience and wash your hands first.

I know you hate those pimples, but please do not scrub too hard when you wash your face. This may remove your skin’s naturally appearing oils which help protect your skin from drying out and block dirt from entering the pores.

First and foremost, we have to make it clear that popping a zit should only be done if the pus is visible at the surface of the skin. To make it simpler, I will say never treat a zit until you see its whitehead coming out! Pressing, scratching or pushing on a blemish will end up irritating the area more and making the pimples stay longer.

You still want to pop it, don’t you? So, what is the right way of pop a zit? Now, Let’s begin! Though it sounds easy, but what you may know there are even a book describing the procedure by Rupa Vickers, maybe you really should take it seriously. Actually all you need to do is following a 6-steps procedure.

Here comes the instructions:

1.Use a warm rag to heat the area and draw the pus to the surface at the first place

2. Wash the area with acne medicated soap, Clean your hands before popping

3. Press your two pointer fingers down on opposite sides of the zit, compress your fingers in a slightly upward motion

4.Repeat, until the white pus stops coming from the zit

5. Cleanse the battlefield and wash your hand

6.Apply an anti-pimple cream to the popped zit area.(If you run out of them try a toothpaste, the white pasty kind)

Bonus Tip:

The popped area may be swelling and become red, try to apply ice to the area and you may reduce the symptom.

One of the most frequently asked question about Acne is what is the Best Acne Cream? Before we show you the answer, you really should ask yourself the following question, Do I need it?
Natural products can be very irritating to sensitive skin and can even cause reactions in people with allergies like hay fever. As with medicated treatments, if a natural treatment makes the acne worse or causes a painful reaction you should stop using the product and see a doctor right away.

Secret 1:You should know that only the dry skin type need the Cream. If you are the oily type, you should choose a gel based product. So you must know your skin type first!

Secret 2: The more sensitive your skin, the lower concentration of active ingredient you need. Like we said above a natural treatment may not mean it is a mild one. What you look for should be the right one fit you.

Secret 3: Most acne creams are too harsh to be a preventative measure. I know you are scared by the imagination of the tragedy you found the next morning, but please read the products labels carefully and only apply the medication to places that are acne prone or actually have acne present.

During adolescent years, some uncontrollable pimples frequently occur on the face, they may also involve other part of the body, the neck, chest, back and upper arms of the skin.

It is a miserable experience, people may suffer unexpected outbreaks of blackheads and whiteheads on the skin. It ruined the whole day, whole week, but one thing should bear in mind. Acne is only a skin problem, and there is no need to worry about your general health.

I know it may not make you better. But what I am going to tell you, will.

It is about prevention and the treatment of acne. Prevention is a very important part of comedone treatment, especially avoidance of picking, moisturizers and harsh soaps. Please remember that Acne surgery is only an adjunct of good medical therapy.

On the other hand, there are several advantages of Acne Surgery which made it popular. First no harmful drugs are involved, so there are no side effects. Second, conducting an Acne Surgery needs less time, the patients may get back to normal activities after the surgery. Third, unlike the medical treatment, separate your skin type, Acne Surgery is effective for everyone

There are mainly two kinds of Acne Surgery. One is called laser acne surgery. This surgery follows several surgical approaches for removing acne lesions. It mainly includes opening up comedones and pimples by using a needle or small pointed blade and expressing the lesions with an extractor.

There are some common risk factors involved with surgery. Severe acne problems may cause deep cysts, inflammation, extensive damage to the skin and scarring. It needs an aggressive treatment regimen and should be treated by a dermatologist. The surgery must be followed up by a course of antibiotics to make sure that it does not cause for further infection.

The other most involved process of reducing acme problems is called excisional surgery. This surgery is used for severe acne cysts to drain and remove them. This process is risky and it is normally not used. This is a more extensive process it should never be performed anywhere except in a sterile environment with a properly trained and skilled professional. This sterile environment will control the spread of bacteria to decrease the risk of infection.

After given it a thorough thought, you should have reached your own mind whether to take the surgery for acne, or not.
